Job summary

Just Mortgages Academy offers a fast-track path to becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. With a dedicated Learning & Development team, you will receive extensive on-the-job training and coaching to reach your full potential.

First-year package includes a £22,000 base and realistic on-target earnings of £35,000–£40,000, plus a £3,000 car allowance and a strong training support plan for six months. Interviews may be conducted via video.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1 qualification or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service essential.
• Sales experience in finance or banking is highly desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Join the JM academy to train as Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
• 4 week in-depth training course in Swindon with on-the-job coaching.
• Access to country’s mortgage trainers and a gateway to a lucrative career.
