Job summary

Domino's is looking for a Manager in Training in Barnsley to learn how to run a busy store. You will lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service and oversee daily operations, with coaching support to develop leadership skills and ensure high standards.

The role requires strong organisational abilities, flexibility (evenings and weekends), and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on opportunity within a franchise network offering progression.

The Role:

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
