Job summary

The Trainee Mammographer role at InHealth in Guildford offers a structured pathway into breast imaging within the NHS Breast Screening Programme. You will gain hands-on experience in screening, clinics and biopsies while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

With a BSc in Radiography and HCPC registration, you will contribute to safe, high-quality care, while pursuing a funded PGCert in Professional Practice in Mammography and opportunities for advanced practice training.

Qualifications

• BSc in Radiography required with HCPC registration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse clients.
• Collaborative mindset with commitment to continuous learning.
• UK driving licence and access to a car for travel to mobile units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mammography while providing a caring, individual experience.
• Play a key role in the NHS Breast Screening Programme.
• Accurately process client information and maintain IRR17/IR(MER) 2017 compliance.
