In this role, you will be set up for success by our industry leading trainers and you will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure and a clear path for career progression.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Colchester

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
