Vision for Education is recruiting a Trainee Learning Support Assistant for a specialist school in Coleford. No experience is required as full training is provided to help you develop essential skills to support pupils with complex needs.

You will work Monday–Friday, full-time, earning £475 per week paid through PAYE. You will build communication and independence in learners, under guidance from experienced staff, with ongoing professional development and clear progression paths.

You'll need the Right to Work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS, or be willing to apply.
