1. The first step is completing the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).

3. Study time for the qualification is approximately 20 hours and qualification achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

6. This qualification will set you on a route to becoming a Chartered Project Professional with additional study and experience.

Step 2 – PRINCE2 Foundation

2. It is a process driven methodology and often referred to as a waterfall methodology.

3. Study time is approximately 15-20 hours and qualification obtained through a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

Step 3 – Project Management Simulation

1. With our exclusive online Simulated Project Assignment, you will have the opportunity to make your way through a simulated project which shadows a project manager.

3. Once completed, our tutor will grade your work and issue a certificate of completion.

Step 4 – Recruitment Support
