Join our team as a Trainee Hoist & Common Tower Installer

As a Trainee Hoist & Common Tower Installer, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation, installation, maintenance, and dismantling tasks associated with hoists, common towers, and stairs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of hoist, common tower, and stair-related works under supervision.
• Learn and adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring safe work practices at heights.
• Support the execution of installations and dismantles following specified method statements.
• Help complete paperwork accurately and submit to the office/Contracts Manager as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of service vehicles inside and out.
• Be willing to travel to customer sites throughout the London Area.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic understanding of construction safety
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Valid CSCS card
• Clean driver's license

Desirable:

• Working from Heights training
• Harness training
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge (advantageous)
• Experience in the construction industry (advantageous)

Position Details:

Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday) with optional overtime available.
