Job summary

Balance Education Limited is seeking a qualified HGV/Heavy Vehicle mechanic to become a trainee tutor for apprentice learners in Willenhall. The role combines workshop and classroom training, with curriculum and lesson planning provided.

You will bring hands-on industry experience and, with full teacher training and ongoing support, help learners develop practical and theoretical skills; this is a permanent, Monday-to-Friday position with a competitive salary and a focus on safeguarding.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle mechanics.
• At least 5 years' experience as an HGV/Heavy Vehicle mechanic/technician.
• Interest in education and training.

Responsibilities
