Job summary

AVK is recruiting three Trainee Generator Engineers to join our Service Team in Lenham, England. The role focuses on mechanical or electrical engineering with a solid foundation in generator service and access to the AVK Academy training pathway.

Open day on Monday 28th September from 10am to 4pm at Lenham Office. Benefits include a competitive package and flexible/hybrid working arrangements to support development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to learn.
• Driver with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor / major maintenance on client’s generator installations, as directed by the accompanying site engineer.
• Completing job report sheets.
• Maintain all on site activities such as cleanliness of generators, spillages in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Prepare job packs and spares for upcoming works.
• Driving of spares to work locations.
• Supporting the warehouse.
• Other activities as directed / required.
• Responsible for health and safety of self.
