Ideal candidates will hold Level 2 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have a driving license. Qualifications

• Must have full driving licence and own car.
• Experience of working in the catering sector is desirable.
• An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and satisfactory references will be required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance audits.
• Liaise with Operations Team for actioning findings.
• Support changes to food legislation or company policy.
