Print Operator (Flexo Training Provided – Night Shift)

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (including night shift allowance)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 21:00 – 06:15

The Role

• Set up, operate, and monitor print machinery to deliver high-quality printed products.
• Assist in print preparation, colour checks, and maintaining quality standards throughout production runs.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent output.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following company procedures.

About You

• Experienced Print Operator with a background in litho, digital, or large format printing.
• Eager to learn flexographic printing – full training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Must live within commuting distance of Daventry and be comfortable working night shifts.
