Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Full, clean driving licence with up to 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration tasks for fire, water and damage cases.
• Provide friendly, professional service to policyholders.
• Carry out mitigation works to prevent further damage.
• Monitor and set up drying equipment on-site.
• Record assessments, photos and communications accurately.
• Work with senior technicians and team leaders to ensure quality.
