Titan Wealth Group is expanding its Titan Wealth Planning arm, seeking Diploma-qualified individuals ready to move from paraplanning or client support into a Financial Planner role. You will start in a supported, desk-based advisory position with an established client bank and hands-on experience delivering advice, building relationships and progressing toward full advisory status.

• Essential: Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent).
• Experience within financial services (paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice).
• Aim to transition into a client-facing financial planning role with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typical up to £250k in investable assets).
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
• Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas.
• Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting.
