Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage.
• Provide leak detection services to repair gangs.
• Complete all paperwork accurately including time sheets and survey forms.

Introduction

Would you like to join a company that offers full training and support to kick start a career in the Water Industry? Do you have a full clean driving licence? My client is recruiting for Trainee Field Technicians who will be covering your local area. The successful candidate will be trained to find water leaks on the underground water networks. This role is working days – 40 hours per week. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• To assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage
• Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services
• Assist in survey work/project work not normally associated with day‑to‑day leak detection
• To assist in adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details and other duties as required)
• Possess basic computer skills as you will be uploading data onto a laptop

Training

• EUSR Water Hygiene Training
• Unit 2 Street Works
