Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer to cover a local patch around Redhill and Crawley. The role includes hands-on mechanical and some electrical work, installing and servicing equipment, with full training and the chance to gain industry qualifications.

Starting salary between £28,000 and £31,000 plus a bonus and overtime; OTE around £38,000. A company van and fuel card are included, with travel to customer sites and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical/electro-mechanical/electrical skills required.
• Full driving licence required.
• Willing to travel locally, Crawley area.

Responsibilities

• Cover a local patch at customer sites as a Trainee Field Service Engineer.
• Install, maintain and service company equipment.
• Receive OEM training to achieve full competency on all products.
• Hands-on mechanical/electrical engineering work on site.
