Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Engineer covering Cambridge and surrounding areas. The role offers full specialist training from day one and a clear path to becoming a qualified field engineer.

Qualifications

• No extensive engineering experience is required.
• Practical mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in a long-term engineering career with structured training.

Responsibilities

• Full specialist training provided from day one.
• Carry out building performance testing (ventilation, airtightness, acoustic, heat transfer).
• Travel to customer sites across a local patch.
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
• No weekends, call-out or overnight stays.
• Company van and fuel card provided.
• Paid travel time and progression opportunities.
