Trainee Fabricator

Location: Dunstable
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00–15:45 or 7:00–16:45
Shift: Day shift

Our well established client in Dunstable is looking for a motivated Trainee Fabricator to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing environment, or an apprentice-trained individual, who is keen to develop into a fully skilled fabricator.

What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Fabricator
  • Assisting the fabrication team with the preparation and assembly of precision components
  • Working with stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel, learning how to handle and fabricate high-performance materials
  • Working to fine tolerances and following engineering drawings as a Trainee Fabricator
  • Learning to use hand tools, workshop equipment, and fabrication machinery
  • Supporting general production tasks while progressing toward full competence
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times
What we’re looking for in a Trainee Fabricator
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (essential)
  • Apprentice trained or relevant hands‑on experience working with tools, machinery, or manufacturing materials
  • A keen attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
