Job summary

Turner Wise in Wimbledon is seeking a driven trainee estate agent to join their high-end independent agency. The role offers £25k basic with £60k+ OTE and a guaranteed £35,000 for the first 3 months. You will register applicants, arrange viewings, and develop new business opportunities while adhering to current lettings legislation.

Full training is provided, with progression opportunities and a supportive team in a well-established Wimbledon office.

Qualifications

No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

Register applicants on our software package
Maintain regular contact with applicants and offer suitable properties
Set up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewings
Network, search for and develop new business opportunities
Ensure SOPs for Residential Lettings are adhered to
Ensure compliance with current legislation (gas safety, EPCs, furniture, deposits)
Provide information and advice to landlords and tenants
Carry out market appraisals when required
Complete take-on process for appraisals (photographs and landlord details)
Liaise with clients throughout marketing and letting process
Follow up viewings and provide feedback to landlords
Negotiating offers when received
Produce lettings paperwork
Arrange inventories, cleaning and required certificates
Ensure cleared funds, signed agreements and safety certificates are in place prior to move-in
Greet the public and assist with phone enquiries
Attend weekly office meetings
