Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join Bagshaws Residential’s residential sales team in Mickleover, Derbyshire.

You will benefit from industry-leading training and exposure to diverse pathways across the business, with a clear career ladder and opportunities in Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services. A basic salary of £25k with uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
