A leading estate agency in Wolverhampton is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to join their residential lettings team. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and support to develop into a Lettings Negotiator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent customer service skills. A full UK driving licence is required. Competitive salary with uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

  • Preferably an experienced sales person.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Overview

Trainee Estate Agent
At Connells, we are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team in Wolverhampton. The Trainee Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and be taken through an industry leading development and training program.

Key responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.
