Job summary

Connells Group in Werrington, Peterborough, is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our residential sales team. No prior estate agency experience is required as full training is provided and a clear career pathway is offered.

You’ll generate valuations, show properties, negotiate offers and help buyers progress through to completion while delivering outstanding customer service. Basic salary £25,000 with uncapped commission.

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be IT literate and comfortable using technology.
