Compensation & Benefits

Training & Onboarding
  • One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
  • Purpose‑built training location
  • Industry‑leading training delivered in one‑to‑one and group sessions
  • Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of training (Colchester)
  • Second week at the L&D Centre over the first five‑to‑six weeks of employment
Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met
  • Custodian of Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities within the branch operation
  • Proactively communicate Valuation opportunities through outbound call volumes via ROSIE software
  • Ensure all call‑out campaigns for properties for sale are fulfilled and ROSIE operating standards are maintained
  • Attend morning meetings with updates on the week's valuation pipeline
  • Lead as the Canvassing Champion, implementing a structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy; track new listings, withdrawn properties, and generate leads; manage market leads via ROSIE
  • Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager for coaching and business development
  • Manage and respond to intranet leads daily; use ROSIE to communicate with Local Owner to Sell customers; close down Valuation opportunities
  • Generate referral business through first‑class customer engagement
  • Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, leaflet distribution; build personal brand through social media and video usage
  • Take inbound calls ensuring applicant registration; identify and close opportunities for Valuations, viewings and Financial Services
  • Seek named 5★ Google review opportunities to build brand and personal reputation

Eligibility
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle in good condition; must provide proof of business insurance before starting
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Evidence of right to work: passport or birth certificate
