Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
  1. Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements and our client’s contract specifications.
  2. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
  3. Provide a reliable, efficient and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
  4. Liaise with clients on-site, building trust that leads to dependable, long-term and positive relationships.
  5. Maintain Enitial’s credibility by representing the company professionally in the field, ensuring equipment, vehicles, and PPE are kept clean.
  6. Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed as per protocols.
  7. Work as part of a team within regions, building morale and offering help and assistance where possible.
  8. Report deviations from methods or non-conformances to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers that could impact data integrity.
  9. Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements to the Scheduling / Project Controller.
  10. Accurately manage data in line with client and company requirements, reporting to Data Analysts in the correct format and timely manner.
  11. Identify potential on-site works that could benefit Enitial commercially and improve client sites.
  12. Prioritize safety in all field activities, reporting accidents and near misses immediately to managers and clients.
  13. Ensure compliance with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application during on-site work.
  14. Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure samples are compliant and properly handled.
  15. Assist with on-site training of new employees, supporting their onboarding process in a friendly and engaging manner.
  16. Complete routine administrative tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks, through central systems on a monthly basis.
