Overview

Are you passionate about electronics, hands‑on work, or looking to kick‑start a technical career? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our team and develop valuable skills in electrical assembly and manufacturing.

Monday to Friday 06:00‑14:00 • £12.21 p/h

Responsibilities
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Basic soldering, crimping, and cable preparation
  • Wiring control panels and electrical enclosures
  • Safe use of hand tools and electrical testing equipment
  • Working to IPC standards and quality procedures
Equipment & Processes
  • Pick‑and‑place machines
  • Hand soldering, reflow ovens, and wave soldering machines
  • Stencil printers
  • Automated optical inspection systems
  • X‑ray inspection machines
  • In‑circuit testers
Manufacturing Methods
  • Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
  • Plated Through‑Hole (PTH)
  • Hybrid assembly
Ideal Candidate
  • School leavers or college graduates
  • Individuals looking to retrain into a technical career
