Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to high learner demand. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Earn typically around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked (32–40 hours/week). Work locally within a 30-minute radius with flexible weekdays, evenings, weekends and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience is required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons under supervision and build learner confidence.
• Complete DVSA Parts 1-3 training through the Training Academy.
• Adhere to safety and road rule standards while coaching learners.
