Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK with full training and ongoing support. No prior experience required. Earn potential grows with hours worked, typically around £38 per hour with nationwide opportunities.

Training through our academy covers DVSA Parts 1-3, with a path to trainee licensing. Enjoy flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and the chance to build a local teaching footprint within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction and guidance to new learners.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1–3 preparation with structured coaching.
• Offer flexible scheduling across weekdays, evenings, weekends and part-time options.
• Help learners progress toward earning a trainee license and DVSA qualification.
