Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding as a 5-star rated driving school with nationwide coverage and 500 instructors. We recruit Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK without requiring prior experience, offering full training and ongoing support.

Earn around £38 per hour as a trainee with flexible hours, and the potential to progress toward substantial yearly earnings. Training through our new Academy is provided, enabling you to qualify with confidence.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train learners to DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching
• Deliver instruction across the UK within local postcodes (typically within a 30-minute radius)
• Provide lesson plans and ongoing support to help learners qualify with confidence
• Start earning sooner by progressing through the Trainee License pathway after DVSA Part 2
