Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, and we are now recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required, as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a career with great earning potential and flexible working patterns.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year for 32 hours a week and around £50k+ for 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK driving licence for 3+ years or longer
• No previous instructor experience required; full training provided
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally within a 30-minute radius
• Deliver structured in-car coaching using standard lesson plans
• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure learner progress
