Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. No prior driving instructor experience is required because we provide full training and ongoing support.

You’ll train via our Training Academy, study DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, and begin teaching learners as you qualify. Rates are around £38 per hour; expected earnings at 32 hours/week are about £39k per year and £50k+ at 40 hours/week, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements include: Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Training through the Training Academy for complete beginners with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius and adapt to flexible hours
• Support ongoing development as you progress towards DVSA Parts 1–3 completion
• Dual-control car options available via partner providers
