Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Expect to teach learners at typical hourly rates, with flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time. The new Training Academy offers online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive to DVSA standards (training provided)
• Deliver lessons across the UK within flexible hours
• Match learners with local driving routes and postcodes (30‑minute radius typical)
• Participate in My Four Wheels Training Academy programs and use lesson plans and coaching resources
