Expect flexible hours with earning potential, typically around £38 per hour, and annual earnings that can reach £39k for part-time schedules or £50k+ for full-time weeks. Training covers DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured coaching and resources.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and help them progress through the DVSA parts.
• Deliver lessons using the Training Academy framework and provided lesson plans.
• Provide support and guidance during training towards DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
