Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through the DVSA curriculum.

You'll train via our Training Academy with online learning, live classes and in-car coaching, aiming to qualify through DVSA Parts 1–3 and receive lesson plans and resources. Typical earnings include around £38k–£39k per year for a 32-hour week, with higher earnings possible at 40 hours or more, and flexible

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience is required; full training is provided.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years is required.
• No more than 5 penalty points on your licence and no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally (within a 30-minute radius).
• Participate in My Four Wheels Training Academy to complete DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Deliver structured in-car coaching and use provided lesson plans and resources.
