Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided through our Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching.

Earn around £38 per hour and up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week, with higher earnings for 40 hours/week. You’ll train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, and begin earning sooner with our trainee license pathway after DVSA steps.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required
• Excellent communication and mentoring mindset
• Willingness to complete DVSA training and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive in the local area as part of the trainee program
• Attend Training Academy sessions (online, classroom and in-car coaching) and complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 guidance
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to learners as they progress through training
