Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous driving instructor experience required - we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week, and over £50k for 40 hours/week. You can work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time with local teaching across a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners across the UK as a trainee instructor.
• Attend the Training Academy and complete DVSA modules 1, 2 and 3 with support.
• Provide coaching and feedback to learners to build confidence.
