Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to join a nationwide driving school with a strong trainee program. Trainees receive full training and ongoing support, with earning potential via hourly rates and scalable annual earnings based on hours worked.

No previous experience is required; you will train through our new Training Academy, gaining DVSA progression through Parts 1, 2 and 3 as you begin teaching locally in your area.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching
• Teach learners to drive and help them qualify with confidence
• Work flexible hours and cover local postcodes within a 30‑minute radius
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 progression
