Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet rising learner demand. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

You will train through the DVSA Parts 1-3 process and teach learners locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes. Earn potential ranges from around £38 per hour with a target of £39k+ per year for ~32 hours/week and £50k+ for ~40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers locally, delivering structured lessons.
• Develop driving skills and safety awareness through DVSA-aligned training.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to students as they progress through training.
