Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with nationwide opportunities. Typical earnings show an average rate of about £38 per hour, with higher earnings possible as you build your schedule.

You’ll train through our Academy, learn DVSA parts 1–3, and start earning after initial qualifications. This role is based in Leek area with flexible hours to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous teaching experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging driving lessons to learner drivers.
• Track learner progress and meet DVSA requirements.
• Work flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends.
