Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour and earnings can reach up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week, or £50k+ for 40 hours/week.

Work hours are flexible—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time—and you’ll teach locally within about a 30-minute radius. Dual-control car options are available via partners.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train new Trainee Driving Instructors through our Training Academy
• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius across the UK
• Provide flexible scheduling with weekday, evening, weekend shifts
• Guide and support trainees through DVSA Parts 1–3 and provide lesson plans
