Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide - and due to record learner demand, we're now recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing support.

You'll train through our new Training Academy, designed for complete beginners. Training combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching to cover DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and

Qualifications

• Holds a full UK driving licence for 3+ years and clean driving record.
• Willing to complete DVSA training and pass required checks.
• Customer-focused with ability to coach learner drivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-car driving lessons to trainees.
• Follow DVSA syllabus and progression through Parts 1–3.
• Monitor progress and give constructive feedback to learners.
• Coordinate with the academy to schedule lessons and training.
