Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet growing learner demand. No prior experience is required; we provide full Training Academy support and ongoing coaching through the DVSA path (Parts 1–3).

Expect earning potential with lessons typically around £38 per hour, and salaries of about £39k for 32 hours/week or £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time with local routes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learner drivers once trained.
• Teach flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.
• Cover local area within a 30-minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.
• Utilize dual-control cars provided via partner providers.
• Complete the Training Academy modules and DVSA Parts 1–3 with support.
• Earn a competitive salary as you progress through training.
