Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No experience is required and we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career.

You'll train at our new Training Academy, complete DVSA Parts 1-3 with structured in-car coaching, and learn to deliver lessons with dual-control cars through partner providers. Flexible hours and strong earning potential await.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons and develop learner skills under supervision.
• Attend the Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1–3 with coaching.
• Guide learners through lesson plans and use dual-control car provisions.
