Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required as full training is provided through our new Training Academy, with DVSA Parts 1–3 guidance and continuous in-car coaching.

Expect a flexible, rewarding role with potential earnings around £38 per hour and annual pay growth based on hours worked, typically 32–40 hours weekly, nationwide coverage, and a clear progression path into a fully qualified instructor.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous teaching experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training through the New Training Academy.
• Deliver professional driving instruction once qualified and support learners through training.
• Teach locally and follow the driving school’s lesson plans and standards.
