Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to high learner demand. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

Instructors typically earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach about £39k/year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You can work flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends, or full-time within a 30-minute local radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners as part of the trainee program.
• Attend DVSA training steps 1–3 and complete lesson plans.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure learner safety.
• Work with local areas within a 30‑minute radius.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)
