Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Earn potential earnings around £38 per hour with typical annual pay targets rising with hours worked. Instructors train through DVSA Part 1–3 with structured lesson plans and dual-control vehicles available via partners.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA licensing requirements: 3+ years UK licence.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers locally within a 30-minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.
• Deliver training via My Four Wheels Training Academy (online, classroom, in-car coaching).
• Prepare learners to pass DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with supporting lesson plans.
