Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; full training provided and ongoing support.

Expect lessons typically priced around £38 per hour and potential to earn up to £39k per year (32h/week) or £50k+ at 40h/week. Flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends. DVSA training is integrated; you’ll complete Parts 1–3 with structured coaching and lesson

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive using DVSA taught methods and lesson plans.
• Deliver lessons across local areas within a reasonable radius.
• Provide feedback, progress checks and support to learners through the qualification process.
