Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our new Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

You’ll earn around £38 per hour per lesson, with typical annual earnings of about £39k for 32 hours per week, and £50k+ at 40 hours weekly. Work hours are flexible, including weekdays, evenings and weekends, teaching locally within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive as part of the trainee program.
• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training with in-car coaching.
• Deliver lessons and provide guidance to learners within local postcodes.
