Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we are recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training and ongoing support.

You'll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with lesson plans and in-car coaching. Earn around £38 per hour and up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week by teaching flexibly.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive across local areas within a reasonable radius.
• Deliver high-quality driving instruction with patient guidance.
• Support learners to prepare for exams through structured coaching.
