Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to high learner demand. No prior experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Instructors can earn around £38 per hour in lessons and have potential to reach £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked. We offer flexible schedules — weekdays, evenings, weekends — and opportunities to work locally with a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required as training provided.
• Flexible working options (weekdays, evenings, weekends)
• Excellent earning potential with scalable hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow DVSA guidance to complete training and coaching for learners.
• Deliver driving instruction once qualified and as trainee, under supervision.
• Provide feedback and support to learners to help them progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Education

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)
