My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. No experience required - we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start earning.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour. Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week; 40 hours/week can reach £50,000+. Flexible hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time—with local teaching around a 30-minute radius. Dual-control cars available through partners.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, and no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally, typically within a 30-minute radius covering 6-8 postcodes.
• Participate in the Training Academy program (online, classroom, and in-car coaching) to complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Support learners through the training process and help them qualify with confidence.
