Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided and ongoing support is offered.

You will train through our new Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3 with in-car coaching and structured lesson plans. Earn potential includes ~£38 per hour in lessons, up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week with flexible weekday/weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through My Four Wheels Training Academy for complete beginners.
• Learn to teach driving lessons with in-car coaching and structured lesson plans.
• Assist learners to progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with supervision.
• Teach locally within a typical 30-minute radius and support DVSA exam readiness.
